RIValidator (getLicenseInfo) -> endpoint where client server retrieve client and license details to display on System Admin page

GetClient(getDriveId) -> Retrieve client drive id and port number during RI deployment
GetClient(getServerCreds) -> Retrieve client's server creds for ionCube (API from ioncube)
